Hiking is Good for You

Hi busy city people, whilst you are living in a polluted environment, and facing pressures arising from work and other daily issues, have you ever thought about leaving all these behind for a moment and go into the nature to appreciate its beauty and fresh air?
Hiking will improve your health mentally and physically. We have planned a hiking event to encourage members to be more active and take measures to maintain good health.

Walking area ：Pontneathvaughan， Sgwd Gwladys and Horseshoe Falls
Participation conditions:

* Aged 55 or under.
* Can walk up to 10 miles; there may be some very steep parts.
* Must be able to make your own way to the meeting points.
* Suitable clothing – proper walking shoes are most important.
* Please carry your belongings in a backpack and not a carrier.

Concert gathering – Nottingham

Dear Member,
33rd anniversary celebration for East England Chinese Association.  Entertainment on the night includes three well-known Chinese Artists from Hong Kong. We encourage all members to join us for this celebration.

Brighton Beach day Trip

Brighton is a vibrant, colourful seaside town with benches and promenades; it’s an ideal place for a family day trip.  Members can enjoy free time shopping and browsing.  Evening meal at Bristol Shanghai Night Restaurant.
